Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange:

  • The item is defective, used, or altered.

  • The item was damaged in transit or has physical damage.

  • A branded item was received with the seal opened.

  • The package was empty or had missing components/accessories.

  • There is a significant discrepancy between the item received and the description provided on IndustryCarts.com.

⚠️ Important: Any damaged or incomplete item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by raising a return request in the My Order section. Please attach clear images of the item and its packaging with your request.


Ineligible Reasons for Return / Exchange:

  • “No longer needed” or change of mind.

  • Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or incorrect installation.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items.

  • Quality concerns not related to product defects.


Return Eligibility

✅ To qualify for a return:

  • A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery through the My Order section.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and packaging intact.

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return.

Note: If you need help understanding how to use an item, our customer care team is available to assist you. For defective items, we recommend contacting the authorized service center for troubleshooting support.


 

How to Return

There are two ways to return your order:

  1. Pick-up by courier: If available, a courier will be arranged to collect the item from your location within 2–3 business days after return approval.

  2. Self-shipping: If pick-up is not available, you may ship the item to our designated return address via India Post only. Courier charges will be reimbursed once the return is processed and approved.

When self-shipping, please email support@industrycarts.com with the courier receipt and the following bank details (from your registered email ID):

  • Account Number

  • Account Holder’s Name (as per your registered account)

  • IFSC Code

⚠️ Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item, a quality inspection will be conducted (within 2 business days). If discrepancies are found, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense. No courier reimbursement will be provided in such cases.


Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.

  • Items purchased during flash sales or promotions are not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased as combos must be returned together; individual items cannot be returned separately.

📷 Note: For incomplete or damaged orders, an unboxing video is required to process a return request.


Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed based on your original payment method:
