If you face any issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.
Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

⚠️ Important: If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, you must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery through the My Order section. Additionally, you must upload clear images of the product and outer packaging.
Ineligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
However, IndustryCarts does not accept returns if:

Damage occurs due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation

The product is custom-made or made to order

The issue relates to personal quality preference and not a defect
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return under the IndustryCarts return policy, you must meet all conditions below:

You submit the return request within 48 hours of delivery

The product remains unused and in original condition

You return all manuals, accessories, warranty cards, tags, and packaging

You provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase

The product is not marked non-returnable on the product page

How to Return Your Order
Once we approve your return request, you can return the product using one of the following methods.
Courier Pick-Up
If pickup service is available, we arrange a courier within 2–3 business days after approval.
Self-Shipping
If pickup is unavailable, you may ship the product via India Post only. After approval, we reimburse courier charges.
While self-shipping, email support@industrycarts.com from your registered email ID with:

⚠️ Quality Check: After receiving the product, our team conducts a quality inspection within 2 business days. If we find discrepancies, we send the item back at your expense.

Cards, Net Banking, Wallets: 2–7 business days

NEFT or Cheque: Bank details processed in 2 days; amount credited in 5–7 business days

EMI Payments: 6–8 business days after cancellation
